International Orders

Horse-Mocs is a tiny cottage industry. We're constantly amazed that word of our boots has spread so far and so fast. To date we've received requests from all over the world. It's overwhelming sometimes.

We want every horse to enjoy the comfort Horse-Mocs afford and we'll gladly box and ship to anywhere on the globe.

There are subjects that must be considered however:

When ordering, it is your responsibility to research and pay any applicable import duties. For currency conversion, we've been using X-Rates.Com as a guide. They cover most of the world's currency and are updated regularly.

PayPal - The easiest way to payOf course, the Internet has a solution: PayPal. We've used it to purchase items on eBay for years without any trouble. The service is free for the buyer to use. We assume the small transaction fee. PayPal is supported in over 40 countries. Best of all, the currency conversion is automatic. If you'd care to pay this way, just let us know and we'll give you the account information.

We rely on the help of a local mailing and package service for our shipping. They are more knowledgeable these issues than we'll ever hope to be. They will choose the best combination of speed and price for us. They generally use the U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service for our packages. The links below will take you to sites that may help you determine the shipping cost to your country. We won't quibble over a few cents but if actual shipping charges are much higher than estimated, we may ask you to pay the extra fee. (We'll trust you and will ship your Horse-Mocs anyway.) Allow an extra half pound for packaging materials for each order.
